In order to decrease the spread of COVID-19 here in Michigan, Governor Whitmer has ordered non-essential workers to stay home over the next three weeks.
First, don’t worry – Compassionate Care By Design (CCBD) is an essential resource to promote the health and well-being of Michigan citizens, and is therefore permitted to stay open and serve patients.
However, to remain in compliance with the State’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA), we have had to make the following changes to our services and our hours:
- as of the Governor’s news announcement, we are unable to offer in-store pick up
- we will continue to provide both FREE DELIVERY and curb side pick up per MRA
- our new hours are 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday
- FREE DELIVERY service is also available between 11 am and 7 pm, Monday through
We regret any inconvenience this causes you, our valued community members, and appreciate your flexibility as we continue to provide for your medical marijuana needs in the safest possible manner.
Our staff in all locations continue to follow the CDC guidelines and best practices for businesses, and will continue to do so throughout this health crisis.
We do take this international health threat seriously, redoubling our efforts to sanitize our environments, keep at least six feet between people, and be conscious and judicious in our use of hand sanitizers … and we do urge you, our valued customers, to do the same.
Be smart, not scared.
Enjoy your time home with your families.
Remember that we really are – all of us! – in this together! And we can use this shared experience to strengthen bonds within our homes, and our communities, and the world at large.
We hope you will join us in continuing to look out for each other. Today, more than ever, we are all family.
To your continued good health,
Compassionate Care By Design
